I ordered a few grooming items from kenchiigrooming.com, and overall I’d say it was a solid purchase for the price. It’s not one of those super cheap options where you feel like you’re getting a bargain-bin deal, but the quality seems better than what you’d expect for the money. Everything felt decent and well made, so I didn’t feel like I overpaid or regretted the order. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazingly fast, but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and without any issues. If I end up needing more grooming supplies later on, I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.

So, yeah, the support wasn’t exactly amazing. They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually help me sort things out.

I wanted to like these, and to be fair, they might work perfectly fine for someone with a different grip or hand size. But for me, they just weren’t comfortable. The handle felt awkward, and after using them for a short time my fingers started getting tired. I don’t think they’re necessarily a bad product, but the ergonomics didn’t work for me at all, especially for daily grooming.

I don’t know if I’m using it wrong or if mine is just defective, but it really doesn’t feel sharp at all. It tugs at my hair more than it actually cuts, which gets frustrating after a minute. I kept trying to make it work, but it was just annoying to use.

I was already short on time, and dealing with this warranty repair just made it worse. It took way longer than I expected, and when I finally got it back, it still wasn’t fixed properly. Frustrating experience overall.

I was excited to try this grooming kit, and shipping was smooth, so that was a nice start. The kit looked decent out of the box, and the combs were okay for basic use.
That said, the clippers started feeling kind of cheap after just a few uses and began pulling hair, which was really frustrating. One of the attachments also didn’t fit securely and kept popping off, so for the price I expected better. It’s not totally useless, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the quality improved
